FrameReply Terms of Use

FrameReply is provided under the Apache License 2.0 and is offered without warranties. These terms govern use of the distributed app; the open-source license governs copying and modification of the source code.

You must satisfy the account, age, and authorization requirements of your selected model provider. If a provider permits use by a minor only with a parent or guardian, that permission is required. Some providers may not offer paid API services to minors. You are responsible for your provider account, API key, provider charges, and compliance with the provider’s terms. FrameReply does not sell model access.

Only upload content you are authorized to process. You are responsible for obtaining permission or another lawful basis for conversation text, screenshots, names, and other personal information belonging to third parties.

Suggested replies, analysis, and learned Personal Info are AI-generated and may be wrong, inappropriate, or misleading. Review saved Personal Info and all output before using or sending it. Do not use FrameReply for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, surveillance, deception, high-stakes automated decisions, or attempts to compromise another person’s privacy.

The app may stop supporting a provider or model when its API, availability, terms, or safety requirements change. Provider services are outside the maintainer’s control.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the maintainers and contributors are not liable for provider charges, lost data, generated output, messages sent by a user, service interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of FrameReply.
