FrameReply Terms of Use

FrameReply and its optional FrameReply AI service are provided by 京跃（广州）科技有限公司 (GigaBeyond). These terms govern use of the app and service. The Apache License 2.0 governs copying and modification of the source code; it does not include access to the hosted AI service.

AI access and subscriptions

You can subscribe to FrameReply AI or connect a supported provider using your own API key. You can switch between FrameReply AI and your own providers in Settings → AI Providers. Charges from your own providers are separate from the subscription.

Apple handles billing and shows your regional price, billing period, and eligible trial before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically; trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled. Cancel an unwanted trial at least 24 hours before it ends, following Apple’s instructions.

Each subscription period includes a limited AI allowance, with a separate trial limit. It is not a cash balance or a guaranteed number of replies; usage depends on content and model. Allowance does not roll over or reset on restore or reinstall. Reaching the limit pauses FrameReply AI until the next eligible period, without overage charges or early paid billing. You can still use your own provider.

Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FrameReply. Switching providers, deleting data, or uninstalling does not cancel billing. Access requires a valid subscription and remaining allowance. Request refunds through Apple, subject to its rules and applicable consumer law.

Availability varies by region and provider; service may be interrupted and models may change. No particular model is guaranteed. Do not share or resell FrameReply AI access keys, use them outside the app, or bypass limits.

Responsible use

You must meet the applicable age, authorization, and guardian-consent requirements of Apple and the AI services you use. When using your own provider account, you are responsible for its API key, charges, and terms.

Only submit content you are authorized to process, with permission or another lawful basis for others’ personal information. See our Privacy Policy.

Suggested replies, analysis, and learned Personal Info are AI-generated and may be wrong, inappropriate, or misleading. Review saved Personal Info and all output before using or sending it. Do not use FrameReply for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, surveillance, deception, high-stakes automated decisions, or attempts to compromise another person’s privacy.

To the extent permitted by law, the app and service are provided without warranties, and the provider, maintainers, and contributors are not liable for lost data, generated output, messages sent by a user, service interruptions, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
