• Turn public beta feedback into prioritized fixes and resolve release blockers.
• Respond to App Review feedback.
• Ship and support the first public version.

Next — Early post-launch improvements

• Turn early feedback into prioritized bug fixes and reliability improvements.
• Simplify onboarding and Shortcuts, and refine imports, conversation matching, and personalization controls.
• Add AI providers and models while improving compatibility, recovery, and cost clarity.
• Expand accessibility and localization as needs emerge.
