Delivered foundation

• Import screenshots or copied text through the app or Apple Shortcuts and preserve conversation history.
• Generate two user-reviewed reply ideas shaped by goals, personas, and chat context.
• Store data locally and connect directly to OpenAI, OpenRouter, or MiniMax with user-owned credentials and explicit consent.

Now — FrameReply AI release preparation

• Validate the optional AI subscription through TestFlight, including purchases, restores, renewals, usage limits, and switching to personal-key providers.
• Complete production readiness and App Review for the subscription release.
• Keep setup simple and subscription pricing and trial eligibility accurate for each App Store account.

Next — Early post-launch improvements

• Turn early feedback into prioritized bug fixes and reliability improvements.
• Simplify onboarding and Shortcuts, and refine imports, conversation matching, and personalization controls.
• Add AI providers and models while improving compatibility, recovery, and cost clarity.
• Expand accessibility and localization as needs emerge.
